When You Feel Stuck in Life

Sometimes circumstances throw you into trauma, and you are stuck in an emotional or mental rut. With no idea about the next step, you lose faith in the universe, God, or your intuition.

Worst, you lose trust in your senses. North becomes South, and who knows where East and West go.

You want guidance, but the compass is missing. It is challenging to decide what to eat for dinner or feel hunger. You have learned to trust God or your spiritual guides as a spiritual person. This faith took a while to build, and suddenly someone flipped an imaginary switch and boom! The trust has vanished.

Worrying is Not The Solution

You are where you need to be to experience this moment. It is an uncomfortable moment, and yes, it is a human moment, but it is not beyond you.

Your guides have not left you in a lurch. They are still very much here, cheering you on and supporting you every step of the way.

The perceived failure is part of the process to help you heal and find out who you are meant to be.

Understanding the Purpose of Your Situation

Life is more than a series of events transpiring at this moment. Every path has a purpose. Different people and experiences help you grow and heal.

This life is a build-up of karma from past lives, your shadow self, inner child. All these aspects are layered and need to be slowly peeled away.

What you perceive as stuck is a time out and a rest to regroup and regather your thoughts. Humans are constantly on the go. We are a part of a society always chasing something. Sometimes not going anywhere or not knowing where you will go next is the pause you need. There is no time for the soul to grow.

In haste, you forget to stop and smell the roses. Remember it isn’t only about where you go, but also the people you meet and memorable experiences. Many are eager to reach their goal now.

Being stuck is not a punishment. Observe the time given to you, and don’t rush life. Experience it. Being “stuck” at this moment is perfectly timed for you. If you can’t trust yourself right now, then we say trust in life. It will take you to where you need to be. Nothing is permanent in life, as change is the only constant. So when you feel stuck, maybe you are just getting the rest you need before your next adventure.
